      “Thank you so much for your help on Friday. You gave me lots of great advice for my gold cake and it turned out fantastic … ended up costing a fortune but it was worth it my daughter just loved it. It was a Golden Snitch from Harry Potter. The cake tasted devine, the icing easy to do and morish. The gold painted on perfectly and the yellow dust just finished it off. The wings we made from toffee. Many many thanks and I hope to come to your cake classes.”
