Ordered direct from Melbourne, these gourmet, hand-made sausages come in a range of flavours and How To Cook will be stocking;

  • Beef and Chive
  • Chicken Rocket and Ricotta
  • Lamb and Basil
  • Spicy Pork and Coriander
  • Veal, Sage and Pine Nut

Below is some more information about the sausages and tips for creating a meal -

The beef and chive sausage has all natural casings with fresh chives and has a milder flavour- perfect for bangers & mash.

The chicken sausages contain chicken leg meat, ricotta cheese and rocket which gives a slightly peppery taste. Unlike other chicken sausages it contains NO Pork and is perfect for those Sunday afternoon BBQs.

Similarly the lamb & basil sausages have a nice spicy flavour and are made from 100% lamb, basil and a touch of garlic.

The spicy pork sausages have an Asian style flavour and have a coarsely ground texture – perfect with an Asian salad.

The Veal, Sage and Pinenut variety have a delicate flavour, which is best served with salad or the traditional mash. Called the “Tuscan” the veal sausages are also low in fat.
